TLC is always looking for mature caregivers who have a heart for others, a positive attitude, and a desire to make a difference
Requirements for Employment
- A heart for people and a love for the elderly
- Age 21 or over
- Reliable vehicle that you are comfortable transporting a client in
- Current driver’s license and car insurance
- Able to pass background check and drug test
- CNA helpful, but not required – we are willing to train the right people
Caregiver Responsibilities
Duties will vary from client to client. These might include, but are not limited to:
- Bathing and Personal Care
- Housekeeping and Meal Prep
- Mobility Assistance
- Transporting Clients
Shifts
- TLC hires for all shifts: Day, Evening, Overnight, and Weekends
- Daytime shifts range from 2 hours to 8 hours. Overnights up to 12 hours.
